King Dale Felton was born in the year of 1954, in Jacksonville, Florida. While in Florida, he received a music scholarship and attended West Palm Beach College.  He was also a member and served as Minister of Music at Christian Development Center, founded by Apostle Dessie Pollard. There he was ordained as an Evangelist in 1985.

He moved to Los Angeles, California in 1992 to continue and pursue a career in music. He became a member of The Word Center Church of Los Angeles, founded by Pastors Alan and  T. Marvene Wright.  There he served as Minister of Music as an ordained Minister. 

​

He later became a member of Crenshaw Christian Center, founded by Apostle Dr. Frederick K. C. Price. There he served in the Music Department as pianist.  In His quest, he received the divine clarion call of God saying, "If you love, feed my sheep". He attended Ministers Training Institute (MTI) in 1997-1999 and graduated in 1999.  After serving in the Ministerial Assistance Program, he was ordained by Apostle Dr. Frederick K. C. Price in 2003.

Dr. King Dale is the devoted husband of V. Renee (affectionately known as "Precious"), and loving father of Dale, Volneta and Dalecia.  He is an ardent advocate of education excellence.
